This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings made through Go Turkey Transfer, a trading name of VIPGO TECH LTD (Company Number: 17039074), registered in England and Wales.

VIPGO TECH LTD acts as a booking and coordination platform. Transport services are performed by licensed third-party service providers in Turkey.
1. Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Free Cancellation
✓ More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup
Full refund of the booking amount.
1.2 Late Cancellation
⚠ 12–24 hours before scheduled pickup
50% of the booking value will be charged.
1.3 Very Late Cancellation / No-Show
✕ Less than 12 hours before pickup or No-Show
100% of the booking value will be charged (no refund).
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your booking using one of the following methods:

3. Cancellation by the Company
In exceptional circumstances, VIPGO TECH LTD may cancel a booking due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Civil unrest or government restrictions
- Operational impossibility by licensed service providers
- Force majeure events beyond reasonable control
If a booking is cancelled by us:
- A full refund will be issued
- You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible
4. Booking Modifications
4.1 Date or Time Changes
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge (subject to availability)
- Less than 24 hours: Additional charges may apply
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Time
- Stripe / Card Payments: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
5.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without prior contact may result in temporary account suspension. We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in England and Wales.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
